The stunning golf course winds itself throughout the community, as well as acres of walking and cycling paths that bring you right to downtown Cochrane, or the neighboring Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park.

Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park

Located just off of Highway #1A this gorgeous park is one of the highlights of Cochrane. While this park does not offer camping and is for day use only, it’s a popular place to meet up with friends and family for a picnic or hit the trails for some hiking and biking, as well as plenty of options for those who enjoy geocaching. The park also runs fantastic programs for schools in the area.

Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary

With a variety of public tours, the Wolfdog Sanctuary is a non-profit organization on 160 acres of land. It aims to raise awareness and educate the public on wolfdogs that have been neglected or abandoned and find support in their mission to rehome them.
