Baysprings is a newer community on the west side of Airdrie, part of the Bayside and Bayview development. It is close to shopping and other amenities, has easy access to Calgary, and is close to multiple schools. Airdrie is a fast-growing city just 20 minutes north of Calgary off Highway 2. With a combination of heritage communities and new builds, Airdrie has something for everyone. It’s close proximity to CrossIron Mills allow for easy and fun shopping excursions and the ICE transit system means you can commute to Calgary for work without having to worry about the traffic on the highway.

Baysprings is located in Airdrie’s west end, and is surrounded by schools, green spaces, water views, shops and restaurants. Hop on Township Road 270 (also known as Big Hill Springs Road), and visit Big Hill Springs Provincial Park. Or travel just a little bit further west, and hit up Banff and Canmore for a day trip into the mountains. Currently a community on the western most edge of Airdrie, it will soon be neighbours to brand new development as Airdrie continues its expansion.

There is a mixture of close schools in Baysprings, from elementary, to middle, to high school both in the public and Catholic school systems.
