Woodbine Real Estate & Community Guide
Woodbine is a residential neighbourhood in the southwest quadrant of Calgary. It is located at the western edge of the city. It borders the Tsuu T’ina first nation reserve to the west and the Fish Creek Provincial Park to the south. The community was established in 1979. Neighboring communities include Cedarbrae (to the north) and Woodlands (to the west).

The Woodcreek Community Association provides space for skating rinks, tennis courts, a baseball field, and football and soccer fields. There are also active programs for seniors. There is a community center that can be used for weddings, meetings, or other events. Near the southwest part of the community there is an off-leash area for dogs.

Woodbine Square is the community shopping centre. Services here include grocery stores, banks, restaurants, a drug store, and a post office. Less than a 10 minute drive away is Southcentre Mall, which features over 150 stores and services.
Buses that serve the Woodbine community are #16, #56, #84 and #304. The closest LRT station is the Anderson CTrain station. Major roads nearby are Anderson Road, Macleod Trail, and 14th Street.
