Located on approximately 100 acres of Paskapoo Slopes next to Canada Olympic Park, Medicine Hill is currently in development and according to the City of Calgary website it will be a multi-use area with residential, retail and offices. With development permits being approved by the City between 2017 and 2019 development of this area is under way. Currently a shopping centre sits on the site with plans for residential development.

This up and coming area offers access to many popular sites within Calgary including: WinSport, Bowness Park, and a wide green space known as Paskapoo Slopes. These attractions offer residents quick and easy access to skiing, biking, summer camps, mini golf and a zipline among other sports. Medicine Hill will offer easy access to downtown Calgary and Kananaskis country to the west of the city given its proximity to the TransCanada Highway.
