Coach Hill Real Estate & Community Guide
With development starting in the 1970’s Coach Hill was established by 1979 in the South West quadrant of Calgary. This primarily residential area touts many excellent views of Downtown Calgary and parts of the Bow River Pathway. Coach Hill is bordered on the East by Sarcee Trail, Bow Trail to the South, 69th Street to the West and Old Banff Coach Road to the North. Coach Hill gained its name due to the proximity to Old Banff Coach Road which was used by people travelling by stage coach to Banff.
Access to downtown Calgary is quick and easy by accessing the C-Train on 69th Street which takes you into the heart of the city. Other community highlights include: schools, churches, recreational facilities, baseball pitches, soccer fields, off leash area, and skiing a short 10 minute drive to WinSport. The Westhills Shopping area hosts all you will need and is located a short 10 minute drive to the South.
