Ogden is located in the southeast quadrant of Calgary. It is comprised of two districts: Millican Estates and Lynnwood. Cushioned between Ogden Road on the West and the Bow River on the East this community is located North of Glenmore Trail with Deerfoot Trail running along its Northern and Western borders. This established neighbourhood is easily accessible from Glenmore Trail and offers easy and quick access to Downtown Calgary and is a short drive away from Chinook Centre.
With a dog park and many green spaces including: Lynnwood Ridge Park, Lynnwood Park, George Moss Park, Jack Setter Park and Beaver Dam Flatts there are many opportunities to get out and enjoy the outdoors. Paved pathways are accessible on the westside of the community and connect you to the vast network of pathways in Calgary. The Jack Setter Arena is also located in Ogden and has Hockey, Ringette, Figure skating, and drop in programming for residents. The Millian-Ogden Outdoor Pool is located right beside the rink and offers summer opportunities. Other amenities in the area include: restaurants, grocery shopping, and access to the Millican-Ogden Community Association.
