Deer Ridge Real Estate & Community Guide

Deer Ridge is a residential neighbourhood in the southeast quadrant of Calgary. It is located in the Bow River valley. The northern border is Canyon Meadows Drive. To the south is the community of Deer Run. To the west is the community of Parkland. Directly to the east is Fish Creek Provincial Park.

Deer Ridge amenities include two outdoor rinks, two tennis courts, four playgrounds, a baseball diamond, and multiple soccer fields. Pets can also enjoy off-leash dog walking areas in the community.

Fish Creek Park has many walking and biking trails throughout. There is also a restaurant and café along with an Environmental Learning Centre. Sikome Lake is also located nearby. It is a man-made lake with beaches, swimming, picnic areas and trails that lead to other areas of Fish Creek Park. This gives a full family friendly amenity feel to Deer Ridge.
