Charleswood Real Estate & Community Guide
As native Calgarians one of our favourite drives is through the community of Charleswood along Charleswood Drive North West. The trees are gorgeous, lush and large and signal to anyone driving through that this area is well-established. With Nose Hill Park to the North, Confederation Park to the South East and Crowchild Trail to the North West this community is close to all amenities including shopping, restaurants, the University of Calgary, Children’s Hospital and Foothills Hospital, and recreational opportunities.
Additionally, Charleswood’s proximity to main arteries such as John Laurie Boulevard and Crowchild Trail allow any resident quick and seamless access to Downtown Calgary. The Brentwood LRT station is located a short distance to the West and gives you access to efficient travel to various parts of Calgary. Looking to get out and enjoy the outdoors? Charleswood provides many green spaces, access to Confederation Park and Nose Hill Park where you might even see some wildlife roaming.
