Red Carpet Real Estate & Community Guide
The community of Red Carpet is located in Calgary’s south east. As one of Calgary’s oldest communities, much of the original Red Carpet real estate is made up of mobile homes, though in recent years some condo developments have been built.
Red Carpet is popular for its affordability and its close proximity to Elliston Park. The residents of the condominiums have front-row seats for the GlobalFest Fireworks that take place in the park every year.
Red Carpet has quick access to all major roadways and is close to the LRT for easy commuting. It shares amenities with the surrounding communities of Applewood, Penbrook and Forest Lawn.
As part of ward 9, Red Carpet is located on the eastern edge of the city, between the CN tracks, 17 Avenue SE and 68 Street SE.
