I had the first opportunity to work with Viki to purchase a home in Calgary in the late summer of 2020, having received her name through a friend who had also worked with her in the past. I was living in Ontario at the time and everything was done via telephone, text or video chat, even the viewing of the home that was purchased.  Viki is professional and always on top of things, with very good attention to detail. She is also a very good negotiator, responding quickly to all communications.  Due to living outside of Alberta, I was in need of several referrals for various other services, such as a plumber, lawyer, inspector, insurance, etc.  Each time the referral was very good with excellent results.  For as long as I live in Calgary I will call on Viki for any future real estate buying/selling needs, and would not hesitate to refer her services to anyone who is looking for a reliable real estate agent in the area.
