Sundance is a residential neighbourhood in the southeast quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. This community was established in 1982. It is located east of Macleod Trail, is bordered to the northeast by the Fish Creek Provincial Park and to the south of Stoney Trail. There is a 30+ acre man-made lake that was constructed in the middle of the community. Residents have access to the public beach of Sikome Lake. The Sundance real estate market is primarily comprised of single-family homes, but you will also find a few townhouses in the neighborhood.On Lake Sundance, you can enjoy skating, playing hockey, fishing, swimming and rowing.Both Stoney Trail and Macleod Trail provide easy access to the rest of the city. The closets C-Train station to Sundance is the Somerset-Bridlewood station.

Fish Creek Provincial Park is the largest urban park in Canada. There are a number of activities to be enjoyed, including snowshoeing & cross-country skiing in the winter, sun-bathing at Sikome Lake, trail biking,hiking, wildlife spotting & birdwatching.
