The giveaway’s organized by Royal LePage Benchmark are open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec. Royal LePage Benchmark will run contests monthly, the participants will receive one ballot for each participating action. Winners are drawn according to individual post (see post for details).
Winner will be notified via Facebook. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. We offer a complete release of Facebook by each participant.
Participation
The condition of participation in the giveaway is to place a comment under the giveaway post. Each participant may only enter the giveaway one time each month.
By entering the giveaway, each participant agrees to the rules of the giveaway.
Each participant is only eligible to win the giveaway once within a six-month period (e.g., a participant who wins in January is next eligible to win in July). Each winning participant may be asked to complete a waiver in order to receive the giveaway prize.
Final Provisions
Royal LePage Benchmark reserves the right to change the provisions of these giveaway rules, and is not liable for cancellation, changes of deadline or change of conditions of the giveaway as a result of unpredictable circumstances.
