Rosscarrock Real Estate & Community Guide

Rosscarrock, established in 1954, is a community in Calgary’s southwest. Consisting largely of residential single detached homes, semi-detached houses and duplex buildings, Rosscarrock is exceptionally close to the downtown core, Edworthy Park, Douglas Fir Trail and the Shaganappi Point Golf Club.

The community is served by Ernest Manning High and Rosscarrock Elementary public schools, as well as by St. Michael Elementary & Junior High.

The Rosscarrock Community Association is dedicated to celebrating the diverse community with a variety of events throughout the year.

As part of ward 8, Rosscarrock is bounded to the north by Bow Trail to the east by 33 Street, to the south by 17 Avenue and to the west by 45 Street.
