The community of Palliser is located in the southwest quadrant of Calgary with its borders being – 90th Avenue to the North, 19th Street to the East, Southland Drive to the South, and 24th Street to the West. Palliser is located in close proximity to many amenities including: restaurants, shopping, professional services and coffee shops among others. Southland Leisure Centre is located within Palliser and offers access to a pool, skating rink, rental spaces, gym and recreational programming for all ages.

Schools are abundant in Palliser with two Elementary Schools and one Junior High School all located in this small community. Located kiddie corner to Palliser is South Glenmore Park which offers individuals access to a splash pool, the Glenmore Reservoir Pathways, and greenspaces. For a day trip walk or bike northwest along the pathways at Glenmore Park and make your way to historical Heritage Park.
