Mount Pleasant Real Estate & Community Guide

The community of Mount Pleasant is located in the North West quadrant of Calgary and was established in 1912 with mature trees and beautiful parks. Mount Pleasant is located with 32nd Avenue to the North, 2nd Street to the East, 10th Street to the West and 16th Avenue to the South. Confederation Park and the Queen’s Park Cemetery are located along the northwestern edge of the community and offer access to pathways and activities within the park including: baseball fields, tennis courts, and Christmas Lights Display in December among others.

The City of Calgary run arts center of North Mount Pleasant offers art programs year round for all ages and is located right in Mount Pleasant. There are many restaurants, businesses and amenities located within Mount Pleasant ensuring you will not have to go far to find what you need. The Mount Pleasant Community Association operates an outdoor pool in the summer for the public to access but if you want to venture a little further you can always head to Riley Park, just south of this community, and access their outdoor wading pool.
