Growing up in the small Ukrainian town of Vegreville, Blair moved to Calgary in 2007 to attend MRU.   In his time as a Calgarian, Blair has built a professional resume that includes over ten years of sales, negotiating and marketing successes.  Blair has also worked extensively in the hockey community, having coached the U15 to U18 elite levels, as well as working as a WHL Scout; currently for the Saskatoon Blades.   Oh, and likely the most impressive thing on his ‘resume’, marrying his high school sweetheart, Amanda!

With an entrepreneurial background, Blair built his own company; BAC Hockey, which is focused on player development on the ice, & mental health awareness off the ice.  BAC Hockey was built with the goal of helping athletes discover their needs, their wants and then developing a plan to help each individual achieve their goals, and celebrate results.
